These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of iowaradonprofessionals.com (the "Site"), operated by Compass Camper LLC. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our Role
Iowa Radon Professionals is a marketing and lead generation service operated by Compass Camper LLC. We connect homeowners with independent, NRPP-certified and Iowa HHS-credentialed radon mitigation specialists. We are not a contractor and do not perform radon testing or mitigation.
2. No Contractor Relationship
Any radon testing or mitigation work is performed by independent licensed contractors operating under their own licensing and insurance. You contract directly with that specialist. Compass Camper LLC is not a party to that agreement.
3. No Warranty on Contractor Work
We make no representation or warranty regarding the work, pricing, licensing, insurance, or results of any independent contractor. Any workmanship warranty is provided by that contractor, not by us.
4. Informational Content
Content on the Site, including radon facts, cost ranges, and guides, is for general information only and is not professional, medical, or legal advice. Radon levels and pricing vary by home. Cost figures reflect published third-party market data, not prices set by Compass Camper LLC.
5. No Guarantee of Results
We do not guarantee any specific radon reduction result. The EPA reports that properly installed systems typically reduce radon by 50 to 99%, and the independent specialist confirms your specific result with a post-mitigation test.
6. Your Submissions
You agree that information you submit is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it. Your submissions are handled per our Privacy Policy.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by submitting false information, interfering with its operation, or using it for unlawful purposes.
8. Intellectual Property
The Site’s content and design are owned by Compass Camper LLC or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Compass Camper LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or from any independent contractor’s work.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
