This Privacy Policy explains how Compass Camper LLC ("we," "us"), operator of Iowa Radon Professionals at iowaradonprofessionals.com (the "Site"), handles information you provide. By using the Site, you agree to this policy.
1. Who We Are
Iowa Radon Professionals is a marketing and lead generation service operated by Compass Camper LLC, an Oregon limited liability company. We are not a radon contractor and do not perform radon testing or mitigation.
2. Information We Collect
We collect the information you submit through our forms, such as your name, phone number, email address, property address, city, the service you need, your most recent radon level if provided, and any details you add. We also collect limited technical data such as IP address and pages visited through analytics.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to connect you with an independent, NRPP-certified and Iowa HHS-credentialed radon mitigation specialist, to respond to your request, and to improve the Site. We do not sell your information to unrelated third parties.
4. How We Share Your Information
When you submit a quote request, your information is shared with an independent radon specialist for the purpose of scheduling your free quote. It may also be shared with service providers who help us operate the Site (such as our form provider and analytics provider) and as required by law.
5. Communications and Consent
If you provide consent on our form, you agree that we and a radon specialist may contact you by phone, text, and email, including by automated means, regarding radon services. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text or asking to be removed during any call.
6. Cookies and Analytics
The Site uses cookies and analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to understand how visitors use the Site. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
7. Data Retention
We retain the information you submit for as long as needed to provide our service and for legitimate business or legal purposes, then delete or de-identify it.
8. Your Choices and Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by contacting us. Depending on your state, you may have additional rights regarding your personal information.
9. Children’s Privacy
The Site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
10. Changes and Contact
We may update this policy and will revise the date above. Questions can be directed to [email protected].
Note for future paid traffic: before running any paid lead-generation campaigns, certified consent capture (such as TrustedForm or Jornaya) must be added to the form to document TCPA consent.
